Founded Vision Group when he took over management of DHA phase 8 in Lahore, previously, known as the ParkView Hous- ing Society. Since its inception, this group of companies has been a pioneer in real estate and is now widely regarded as an industry leader in development and community building.

Abdul Aleem Khan has been in the field of land development, building, and construction for more than two decades. He is a dynamic and iconic leader in the industry. His name is a symbol of efficiency and quality amongst his peers. Parkview City Lahore & Parkview City Islamabad have become popular and well-respected brand names in the market, courtesy to the credibility and trustworthiness of Abdul Aleem Khan. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Government College Lahore and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Canada. He lived and worked in Canada for eight years and gained valuable experience in business management.
Mrs. Kiran Aleem Khan has been an impactful director in Vision Group of Companies since April 2008. During her incumbency as a director in Vision Group of Companies, she has successfully brought various projects to the market. She is a graduate of Punjab University. She has been involved in the corporate sector for more than a decade.

Abdur Rehman Khan is a young, energetic, and zestfu
addition to Vision Group of companies. He has inherited an
entrepreneurial spirit with innovative business acumen from
his father. Abdur Rehman Khan has been overseeing sales
and operational matters of the Group for several years. He
intends to bring in a progressive management style and will
be overseeing all management-related activities while
keeping a watchful eye over the group's progress.
Mr. Abdur Rafay Khan is a talented and effectual individual, who is a great asset and addition to Vision Group of Companies. Abdur Rafey Khan not only oversees the sales and operational matters, but also plays a key role in strategic mindse whith is exhibities eip sidest an id mative approach towards development and solutions. He is currently heading several major real estate projects, while managing and monitoring the financial aspects of the group.
Mr. Junaid Amin acts as Advisor to the Chairman for Vision Group. He is a seasoned banker, with more than 26 years of diversified banking industry experience. Junaid worked with UBL for 10 years, with prior experiences at Silkbank, Standard Chartered Bank, Standard Chartered Leasing, Union Leasing, and Pakistan Industrial Leasing Corporation (PILCORP). He holds MBA degrees from Arkansas State University (USA) and the University of Central Punjab.
Mr. Abid Amin is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA), having 25 years of experience in various business segments such as banking and finance, corporate compliance, accounts, and audit of various leading sectors (e.g. Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) and Refineries/Fertilizers/Textiles and Real Estate). He has been serving as Director Finance for Vision Group for the past three vears.
Mr. Mannan, CEO of Parkview City Islamabad, is an accomplished executive with a vast experience in project land development relations, planne, construction ind multi-disciplinary roles in various large organizations. Previously, he had served in ICI Pakistan Limited and National Fertilizer Corporation. He received his chemical engineering degree from Punjab University Lahore.
Brig. (R) Khalid Bashir Khawaja is a decorated retired army officer, who has received the Sitara-e-Imtiaz for his services. He received a Bachelor's in Science in War Studies from Baluchistan University, Quetta, (1978) and Masters in Science (Strategic Studies) from Quaid e Azam University, Islamabad, (1984). Не has completed the Armed Forces War Course (AFWC) from National Defense College, Rawalpindi, (1984), besides completing the Pakistan Command and Staff College Course (PSC) from Command and Staff College, Quetta, (1978).
